Base III users now have access to all plugins
Added the view perspective labels (Elevation, Plan, Section) to the subform as well as the main loading diagram
Added hide/collapse buttons for the Bearing Wall module
Module lamination count is now shown in Project Summary
Added Notes functionality for modules
Load images now scale properly
Added labels for columns and embedded post to show Base and Top of column

Fixed Collar Tie Module causing the application to freeze when updating span lengths
Fixed a crash that occurred when trying to print to PDF when the .pdf file is already open
Fixed an issue with adding a left span resulting in over-conservative adequacies
Fixed Links buttons not updating with themes
Fixed issue where adding certain characters in a project name caused a read/write failure
